Cutting Capacities:

  • Length: 144 inches total, with 9 inches of overhang
  • Depth: Depends on the blade diameter in use. See below.

The adapter plate and track will remove 3/4 of an inch from your overall depth of cut (DOC).

With an average 6-1/2 inch bladed saw your DOC is 1-1/8 inches

  • 7-1/4 blade = 1-1/2 inch material
  • 8-1/4 blade = 2 inch material
  • 10-1/4 blade = 3 inch material

The Universal Circular Saw Adapter Plate comes in two sizes.

The standard size is appropriate for any circular saw with a 6-1/2 inch to an 8-1/4 inch diameter blade. The larger saw adapter plate is designed for the 10-1/4 inch diameter saw

The TrueTrac Pro-Series 12ft track saw system features 144 inches worth of cutting capacity and utilizes the circular saw that you already own.

  • Universal adapter plate converts any standard circular saw into a precision cutting tool
  • Use standard, readily available saw blades rather than specialty blades
  • American-made quality backed with over 15 years on the market

The white anti-chip strips along the edge of the aluminum track will be trimmed during installation and offer three benefits:

  • Exact line-of-cut reference (No more offset measurements!)
  • Prevents chips and splinters from forming on the top surface of your cuts (No more painters tape!)
  • Anti-skid coating permanently bonded to the underside of the strips that make clamping optional with good surface contact

Additionally, the rails are extruded in Cincinnati, Ohio and are designed for easily expanding out for longer cuts using our self-aligning dovetail connectors.

  • Extend the track kit out for your longer cuts when needed but it still breaks apart and stores easily when you're finished.
  • Expand your capabilities with our full range of track saw accessories ranging from clamps to router adapter plates.

The TrueTrac 12ft Track Saw Kit Includes the following:

  • One (1) 57 inch track
  • Two (2) 48 inch tracks
  • Two (2) 57 inch length anti-chip strips, installed on track
  • Four (4) 48 inch length anti-chip strips, installed on track
  • One (1) Universal Saw Adapter Plate
  • One (1) Hardware packet (6 bolts, 6 nuts, L-shaped hex wrench)
  • One (1) Setup Jig
  • Four (4) dovetail connectors, with setscrews installed
  • One (1) Zero Clearance Block
  • Hard copy of installation instructions
  • Unlimited Ohio-based email and phone support

This system is compatible with virtually any style of circular saw.

The top surface of the Universal Saw Adapter Plate (SAP) is flat and you will be required to custom drill mounting hole locations in both the SAP and the OEM metal base plate of your circular saw. There are no saws manufactured that include predrilled holes that are useful in this scenario.

We provide a machined Set Up Block (SUB) which is used to gauge the distance from the outside edge of the SAP to the body of your saw blade. This ensures paralleism between your saw blade and arbor and the machined grooves on the underside of the SAP, as well as setting the proper spacing so that the blade trims the white Anti-Chip Strips along the edge of the track.

GLUE-READY JOINTS, AS EASY AS 1-2-3

Have you ever tried to get a glue joint off a router table or even a 6ft jointer when your boards are 12ft long?

It's completely doable, but it isn't really in the 'easy' category either, especially when your jointer winds up making tapers because you shifted a little bit.

Step 1: Rip the edge of the first piece to glue up.

Step 2: Rip the edge of the second piece to glue up.

Step 3: Put the two ripped faces together, lay the track back on top and line your cut up taking a hair off both sides, and trim both faces simultaneously.

Doing the above renders a perfect glue joint that's repeatable time after time.

★★★★★

"Oak table construction with True Trac and a 10-1/4” Milwaukee saw. I ripped 2-1/2 inch thick x 12-inch wide x 12ft long oak planks for a perfect glue joint fit." - Derek F.

Phenomenal track

First off I love the fact that this is made in the USA. All the parts are machined with great precision and it seems a lot of thought and care was put into the design. Setup was fairly easy but the real reward was making my first cut. I tried it on some plywood with the thinnest maple veneer I've seen. There was absolutely no splintering, chipping, or tear-out. I also tried it on a 10 ft piece of rough walnut. The cut was perfectly straight with probably a better finish than any jointer could get. If I had one suggestion it would be that the material that you bolt to the saw shoe could be a little tougher. I had to be super gentle countersinking pilot holes because the drill bit wanted to pull right through the soft material. Overall I would not hesitate to recommend this track to any woodworker, professional or hobbyist.

Excellent Track Saw Kit

Purchased the 12' kit to cut long lengths of mahogany for a dinning room table. Attached the device to a 7-1/2" corded Milwaukee brand cut-off saw. Instructions were reasonably easy to understand. However, be aware that without a bit of pre-fitting, one is likely to drill the holes for the plate attachment in a place that will end up underneath the Zero Clearance Block. Nevertheless, the system worked exceptionally well.

True Trac pro series

I bought this kit to be a little more portable on job sites, we do a lot of custom closets and pantries and rip and awful lot of plywood. One of my guys is a 40 year veteran carpenter and calls himself the human tablesaw, he said he wasn't using it. Now anytime we rip plywood it's the first thing he gets out. Setup was pretty simple on the skill saw, After that you could rip stacks of plywood in hours with laser straight efficiency. My guys are literally just walking down the side of the plywood with one hand on the saw and making perfect rips every time. I paid extra for the bag because I like to keep my tools clean and protected and away from dents and dings and scratches from being on the trucks, it has worked out perfectly I wish I had purchased this years ago. I will be buying more. Anyone that doesn't give this thing a 5 star rating clearly didn't know what they were doing to begin with and probably shouldn't own one anyhow.
