TrueTrac Track Saw Toggle Clamps
TrueTrac Track Saw Toggle Clamps

TrueTrac Toggle Clamps

These clamps are sold by the pair and have a material thickness rating of 1 inch.

The TrueTrac Toggle Clamps are designed to go on the underside of your TrueTrac saw guide rail system, and are available for use in situations where the non-skid material on the anti-chip edging is not enough to keep the guide rail secured to the workpiece. We recommended these small toggle clamps for use when routing, cutting bowed or warped lumber, when cutting material with a slick surface finish, or when added confidence is needed with expensive materials.

Includes two adapted guide rail Toggle Clamps, pre-assembled and ready to go.

Efficient, accurate, versatile

So far I have used the 57" track and custom cutting table to bevel cut 200 pieces of metal soffit material and 90deg cut/trim 1/8" off 80 sheets of 5/8" plywood with very good results. When cutting the plywood it was very nice to be able to just lay down the track on the pencil marks and make the cut without any clamping whatsoever. No slippage of track.

I have contacted TrueTrac several times for configuration, ordering, and technical support and have received very prompt and courteous response.

I have enough track to make cuts more than 12' long. I see no reason why this operation would not be similarly successful.

Here is a picture of my metal cutting rig. I added the angle iron for added saw base support. Since the material is of uneven cutting surface, there is considerable gap between the saw base and the lower surface of the material being cut. The outrigger adds stability and keeps the bevel angle consistent when cutting. The additional piece of plyform lays on top of the soffit material to keep the material tightly against the saw table.

Thank you.

Rock solid

Solid, adjustable, adaptable, with an ease of use and peace of mind everytime. Simply replacing the provided bolts with longer ones and I’ve been able to maintain a solid connection while ripping 3.5” thick live oak. Great product.

Speed up your break downs...

After 7 yrs...2 garages [renting] and having this tool in storage...I finally have my own property. My Shop. Still a beginner but all those "Ahh-ha" moments are coming back. What a great feeling. Purchased these 1 yr ago and have just now built 2 cabinets. Great for break-downs and odd corners. The clamps were a long awaited welcome to my Shop. All the other tools gave it a party...by putting it to work....What fun we had...
Great tool addition... keep up the good work.
